Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all designs, source files, content, graphics, code, and other project materials created by CodeMyBlock remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
After the final payment is cleared, ownership of the completed work will be transferred to the client where applicable, excluding any third-party assets, licensed materials, or tools that remain subject to their respective licenses.
To ensure smooth project execution, clients are expected to provide all required information, content, images, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Project timelines may be extended if requested materials or approvals are delayed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, logos, videos, or other materials supplied to us.
If suitable royalty-free or licensed content needs to be purchased for the project, the associated cost may be billed separately unless already included in the quotation.
The quotation covers only the services specifically agreed upon.
Any additional features, revisions beyond the approved scope, or significant changes requested after the project has begun may require additional time and incur extra charges. We will always discuss and obtain your approval before carrying out such work.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
